There’s no official limit, but we recommend focusing on three to five roles that best match your skills and interests. This gives you the best chance to be considered for positions that fit your background.
Candidates who move forward typically hear from our recruiting team within a few weeks of their recruiter screen call. Timing may vary, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
For full-time roles, phone interviews followed by virtual or in-person interviews. Interns typically complete on-camera phone interviews only. Some teams may adjust the process to fit their needs.
Most candidates receive a decision within a few weeks of their first interview, but timing can vary. Share any deadlines with your recruiter so we can support you.
You’re welcome to explore multiple opportunities. Feedback may be shared across teams, which is why we recommend focusing on roles that align best with your qualifications.
We offer mentorship programs, early talent training, and regular touchpoints to help you feel supported and successful throughout your journey.
While each team has its own unique dynamic, we strive to maintain a welcoming, small-company feel combined with the opportunities of a larger organization. We host monthly meetings led by senior leaders, including directors and our CEO, where we openly share financial updates and discuss future growth plans with all employees.
Team size varies by location. This is a best asked question for your interviewer who is on-site at your specific location. Most of our teams collaborate across the country, so you’ll be working with colleagues in multiple regions.
Be ready to discuss your technical experience, especially any work related to the energy sector.
We recently introduced new leadership roles, such as assistant manager positions, and offer multiple career paths including technical, business/client-facing, and cross-functional tracks. We’re also expanding our cross-training programs to help employees develop skills across different teams.
Most roles include 3 weeks of paid time off. While we don’t have separate sick days, we offer flexible schedules (AWS) for most positions to help you balance work and life.
While we don’t have a formal bonus program for every role, we do offer spot and performance-based bonuses tied to individual and company success. Bonus amounts vary, so we can’t guarantee specifics, but we love rewarding great work.
